The Interact Club of
Marikina West was organized
within two (2) consecutive Saturdays, August
24 and 31 at the residence of
Interact Chairman PP Tuking
Ponce de Leon.
Interact is an international organization of service and social clubs for young people of secondary school age
(ages 14 - 18) that fosters leadership and responsible citizenship and promotes international understanding and peace. The name was created by combining the words "international" and "action." Interact clubs are sponsored by Rotary clubs as a program of Rotary International.

The Interact Club Officers and
Directors were formally
inducted last September 2, 2002
coinciding with the Governor's
Visit to the Rotary Club of Marikina West. |
