Prices depicted above are just estimation for simple to medium websites, usually ranging from 8 to 20 static webpages.
Rates for complex websites may differ.
Final contract price would be determined after discussions have been made with Client.
Estimated price above are for static website development only, additional features such as dynamic content or database connectivity would incur additional charges.
Content and images (scanned/digital pictures) to be provided by the Client. Nominal fee will be charged for use of digital camera and scanner.
50% downpayment, 50% upon completion.
Package does not include web hosting and domain registration.
All packages have a warranty maintenance period of three (3) months, simple modification and addition are granted. Major website modification would incur a new contract price.
Client may opt to renew the maintenance period for another three (3) months at 40% of the final contract price.
